Rachel and Evan Engagement Session

We were a little nervous of the rain but it held off. It ended up being the perfect day for pictures. The sun peeked out every once in a while but never to much. Rachel and Evan had a ton of really good ideas--I love creative people!!! They wanted an old school vibe for some of them and I thin they turned out great! Here are a few of my favorites. Back from Maryland!

We finally arrived back from Maryland! It was a pretty long trip. Ava slept most of the way there but on the way back was a different story. Let's just say I am very happy to be home. We spent most of the day relaxing and getting all our things put back away. Then we went over to my parents house to celebrate my birthday. The big 25. I can not believe it. I have no clue where the past year went. Anyways, I was so happy to celebrate with the people I love. Grandma made a cake (they seem to get taller and bigger each year). Everyone sang. It was just perfect. I have a lot of work to catch up on before I can even start on the Maryland wedding. Bare with me everyone! ! ! !

Kyle Eastbrook Sneak Peek

It was another cold session today but we made it! Kyle was awesome!! He plays football at Eastbrook and I learned that he is a lineman :) Check back here soon to see his senior slide show!

Ava Rose 3 1/2 months

The other day I did a mini photo shoot with Ava. She is the best model ever. All of these pictures were taken in her nursery. She is about 3 1/2 months in these pictures. She is growing up so fast. She loves to laugh and giggle...especially at her daddy. She loves him and her eyes light up whenever he is around. If you would be interested in a session like this please contact me!

Fun things...

Today was a fun day. Ava is almost over her cold and ear infection thank goodness. Hopefully we can all go back to sleeping at night! David had the day off for once and we all got to spend some time together. Sadly he is sick and I think I might be getting sick also. Why does that happen?!

My friend Tiffany from College Church came over with dinner! She is an amazing cook and you all know I am not! I tried my best to make cookies. We had a little laugh over them. They turned out to be giant sized! :) It was nice to hang out and have a little girl time. I am really excited for her because she is prego! 17 weeks and going strong! She isn't finding out if she is having a boy or girl! The suspense is killing me!

Lately there has been so much wedding talk. Everywhere I go! I love weddings! I wish I could plan weddings-- well scratch that only the fun parts... colors, dresses, flowers... I've got the vision but leave all the stressful stuff to someone else... here is a little something something I have put together tonight!
